Our apartments are constantly sanitized at each customer change with technology using Ozone as an antimicrobial agent against the formation of viruses, bacteria and mold.

ARRIVALS: after 4:00 pm.
DEPARTURES: no later than 10:00 on the established days.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
• Taxes by law, bed linen and towels (1 weekly change) for each person accommodated
• Use of the swimming pool from 16/05 to 27/09 (at scheduled times)
• 1 parking space
• Use of the playground and equipment in the common areas
• Consumption of water, electricity and gas
• Final cleaning (excluding kitchenette to be left clean and tidy as on arrival)
• 1 free baby bed (to be booked and only if it falls within the number of beds allowed)

MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX:
The current rate will be applied as per municipal resolution with exemption for children under 12 for a maximum of 30 consecutive nights.

OPTIONAL SERVICES ON REQUEST:
• € 30.00 for extra cleaning of the kitchenette if it is not done on departure
• Supplement for guests € 8.00 per day - Children up to 10 years € 4.00 per day (where applicable and only if authorized by the management)
• Bed linen: € 10.00 per person for extra change
• Set of 3 bath towels: € 10.00 per person for extra change
• Washing machine: € 5.00 per token with detergent

PARTNER BEACH CLUB: 1 BEACH UMBRELLA + 2 DECK CHAIRS (FROM THE 3RD ROW)
• € 100.00 per week until 30/05
• € 155.00 per week from 30/05 to 27/06
• € 175.00 per week from 27/06 to 01/08
• € 200.00 per week from 01/08 to 29/08
• € 155.00 per week from 29/08 to 26/09

SUN LOUNGER:
• € 49.00 per week

Supplement for 1st row + 20% (only if available at the time of booking)
Supplement for 2nd row + 10% (only if available at the time of booking)

PROHIBITIONS:
• Pets are not permitted, except as specified for Apartment D
• Pets are permitted only in two-room Apartment D, with a € 30.00 supplement for final cleaning and special sanitisation; pets may not access any of the residence's common areas
• Day visitors and non-resident guests may not access the apartments, common areas or swimming pool

DEPOSIT:
€ 150.00 refundable at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the furnishings and equipment available to customers.

• Studio A and F maximum 2 places + 2 = 2 places in double bed + 2 places in sofa bed
• Two-room apartment F, maximum 2 places + 2 = 2 places in a bedroom with double bed + 2 places on a sofa bed in the living room
• Two-room apartment D maximum 4 places = 2 places in a room with a double bed + 2 places in a bunk bed in the same room
• Two-room apartment E, maximum 4 places + 2 = 2 places in a bedroom with double bed + 2 places in bunk beds in the same room + 2 places on a sofa bed in the living room
• Three-room apartment B maximum 4 places = 2 places in a bedroom with double bed + 2 places in a small room with 2 single beds
