It is the second consecutive year that we decide to spend a week in this Residence. We prefer accommodations with a garden near the swimming pool and in front of a green area which is equipped with various games, barbecues, tables, etc. Free parking is available and bicycles are available for short use. The apartments are clean and the rooms comfortable. The swimming pool is equipped with enough umbrellas and deck chairs (we were never without them). The sea is a stone's throw away on foot: you can opt for both a free beach and an equipped lido. Not far away there is a small square with various clubs, play area, shops, market and pharmacy. The owner is always very helpful. Here we spend days in complete relaxation alternating between the sea and the swimming pool and enjoying the local offers. Super recommended.

We stayed a week in September 2020 with our one month old son.. our first holiday in 3 and it was wonderful. We were in a very comfortable three-room apartment.. impeccable cleanliness.. excellent location near the sea and the center.. without noise.. a real relaxation. Very nice residence staff. Too bad we only stayed a week!!

I state that we arrived at 2 am thanks to the availability of Fernando the owner, we found the apartment clean and warm. We spent two days immersed in the pine forest of the Etruscan coast in tranquility and a stone's throw from its wonderful sea.
